The holder expressly agrees and authorizes Virtual Seller to disclose the Personal Data upon receipt of such requests.
10. CHANGE OF CORPORATE CONTROL
If Virtual Seller decides to sell or transfer control or assets related to the Site to third parties, the Certificate Recipients' Personal Information / Data, such as name, document or identity card, e-mail address, and other information entered or available on the Site may be among the assets sold or transferred to third parties, without any remuneration or payment to the Issuer and/or Recipient. However, Virtual Seller will endeavor to ensure that the third party acquirer implements a privacy policy similar to this one.
11. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
Virtual Seller may modify the Policies from time to time. The updated version of the Policies will be available on the Site https://virtualseller.com/ and the modifications will become effective 10 (ten) days after their publication.
